Serves 4

  • 400 gr day-old bread
  • 200 gr chorizo
  • 6 a 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 or 3 tsp paprika
  • olive oil
  • salt

1 trocear pan

Cut bread into small pieces. Moisten it with some water. Let it soften for a few minutes.

Chop garlic and chorizo.

Fry the garlic. Add the chorizo before the garlic starts to brown. Stir it and add a pinch of paprika and, immediately, add the bread. Stir it around 10 minutes, constantly, so the bread absorbs the fat and take the taste of the ingredients.

If necessary, add a few more drops of water so that the bread is soften, but be careful because too much water may compacted it. In case it happens, stir it a few more minutes.
