Serves 4

  • 4 big oranges
  • 4 small lemons
  • 4 small eggs
  • 120 g chorizo (not very cured)
  • olive oil
  • salt

hervir 1 huevo

Place the eggs in a pot with cold water and salt and cook it on medium heat. Ten minutes after the water starts boiling, remove the eggs from the heat and let them cool.

1 pelar naranja 2 pelar limon 6 pelar huevo3 cortar naranja 4 cortar limon 7 pelar huevo

Peel the oranges, lemons and eggs, and chop them into wedges.

5 cortar chorizo

Slice thinly the chorizo and cut the slices in half.

Place all ingredients on a dish and dress them with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
