- 4 big oranges
- 4 small lemons
- 4 small eggs
- 120 g chorizo (not very cured)
- olive oil
Place the eggs in a pot with cold water and salt and cook it on medium heat. Ten minutes after the water starts boiling, remove the eggs from the heat and let them cool.
Peel the oranges, lemons and eggs, and chop them into wedges.
Slice thinly the chorizo and cut the slices in half.
Place all ingredients on a dish and dress them with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
