For 2 pancakes:
- 1 banana
- 1 glass flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- half glass water
- half tsp baking powder
- condensed chocolate milk
Banana pancakes are the sweet Indonesian breakfast option. Usually they are served with honey, but this time I have prepared some with condensed chocolate milk.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, water and baking powder, until the mix becomes fluid (not too thick nor too liquid) and smooth.
Slice thinly the banana.
Heat a knob of butter in a pan on medium-low heat, add half of the mixture and spread it on the bottom (it should be thicker than a crepe layer). Place over banana slices.
Fry it for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
Serve the pancake with honey (or condensed chocolate milk).
