garlic mushrooms

champiñones al ajillo ingr champiñones al ajilloooo  

Serves 4:

  • 450 gr mushrooms
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon or lime

1 lavar champiñones 2 cortar champiñones

Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Chop garlic and parsley.

rehogar o tostar ajo

Fry garlic in a pan with olive oil on medium heat.

4 rehogar champiñones 5 rehogado champiñones

Just before they start to get brown, increase temperature and add the mushrooms.

6 añadir perejil

When they are toasted, add salt, parsley and a few drops of lemon.

champiñones al ajillo

Stir it and serve it hot.
