- 240 gr flour
- 240 ml milk
- 1 egg
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Then add the milk and flour gradually: add one tbsp flour and stir it, then add some milk and stir it. Repeat until mix these ingredients and it turns into a thick cream. Add a pinch of salt.
If the pancake filling will be salty, add some more salt and pepper or another spices.
If the pancake filling will be sweet, add salt and ½ tsp sugar.
Melt a knob of butter in a pan on a low heat. Then cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of cream.
Fry it for 1 or 2 minutes on each side.
Remove the pancake from the pan and cook more pancakes until finish the cream.
