Serves 4

  • 2 chicken breasts (about 400 or 500 gr)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 2 glasses Japanese breadcrumbs (panko)
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

For the sauce:

  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 300 ml water
  • salt

3 mezclar harinas

Mix cornstarch, rice flour and wheat flour.

Chop the chicken and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken in flours mix, beaten egg and panko.

Fry the chicken in a pan with some hot oil and remove them on absorbent paper.

Squeeze the lemons and mix the juice with sugar and cornstarch.

12 calentar 13 añadir agua

Cook this mix on low-medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Pour the sauce in a dish, place the chicken on it and sprinkling lemon zest and chopped chives.
