- 40 gr rice flour
- 40 gr corn flour
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml evaporated milk
- a pinch of salt
- 30 ml green food colouring or pati pandan (pandan essence)
- liquid caramel
Place the ingredients (except the liquid caramel) in a pot on medium heat. Stir it constantly until the mix boils. Remove from the heat, let it cook and pour it into moulds.
Place them into the fridge for an hour.
Serve them with liquid caramel.
