sum sum pandan

sum sum pandan ingr 7 

  • 40 gr rice flour
  • 40 gr corn flour
  • 800 ml coconut milk
  • 150 ml evaporated milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 30 ml green food colouring or pati pandan (pandan essence)
  • liquid caramel

1 mix ingr 2 cocer hasta hervir

Place the ingredients (except the liquid caramel) in a pot on medium heat. Stir it constantly until the mix boils. Remove from the heat, let it cook and pour it into moulds.

3 colocar en moldes 4 film

Place them into the fridge for an hour.


Serve them with liquid caramel.
