For about 18 pastas
- 120 gr butter
- 75 gr sugar
- 175 gr wheat flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 10 gr sugar for sprinkling
…
Mix the butter with the sugar until it turns into a creamy paste. Add lemon juice.
Gradually add the flour and mix it.
Then, place the dough on the table. Make a long tube with the dough, about 3 or 4 cm wide and 20 cm long.
Wrap it in cling film. Let it rest for 1 or 2 hours in the fridge (until dough is hard).
Then, remove the cling film from the tube and cut it into approximately half a centimetre slices.
Cover it with cling film and let it rest for about half an hour in the fridge, until they are hard again (if not, they will deform in the oven).
Place them on a baking tray, sprinkle sugar over them and bake them until they begin to brown, about 12′.
Then, carefully, remove them from the baking tray and place them on an oven rack to cool.
