- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup water
- pinch of salt
Mix grated coconut, wheat flour and salt.
Add water slowly until you can shape the dough but not too compact.
Grease a pan and place it on the fire. Shape a pancake and cook it in the pan on medium-low heat for 3 or 4 minutes per side.
Serve them with some soup, like rasam (spicy soup).
