lempeng kelapa (coconut pancakes)

  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of salt

1 mezclar harina y coco rallado y sal

Mix grated coconut, wheat flour and salt.

2 añadir agua 

Add water slowly until you can shape the dough but not too compact.

3 formar tortita 4 dorar 5 por ambos lados

Grease a pan and place it on the fire. Shape a pancake and cook it in the pan on medium-low heat for 3 or 4 minutes per side.


Serve them with some soup, like rasam (spicy soup).
