dough for turnover

For about 8 turnovers

  • 200 flour
  • 60 ml oil
  • 40 ml cold water
  • salt

1 mezclar agua y sal 2 mezclada agua y sal

Dissolve a pinch of salt in the water.

3 tamizar harina 4 tamizada 5 añadir aceite

Sift the flour, put it in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Pour oil and water in the hole.

6 formar bola sin amasar demasiado 7 dejar reposar

Mix the ingredients, but don´t knead too much. Shape a ball with this dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

8 hacer bolitas

Then divide it and shape small balls.

9 estirar y recortar 10 cubrir

Stretch each small ball until get thin bases. Cover them and let them rest for 10 minutes before filling them.
