For about 8 turnovers
- 200 flour
- 60 ml oil
- 40 ml cold water
Dissolve a pinch of salt in the water.
Sift the flour, put it in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Pour oil and water in the hole.
Mix the ingredients, but don´t knead too much. Shape a ball with this dough. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Then divide it and shape small balls.
Stretch each small ball until get thin bases. Cover them and let them rest for 10 minutes before filling them.
