- 250 gr chicken
- 4 bread rolls
- 2 eggs
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of cheese
- 8 slices of tomato
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- half a glass of milk
Chop the chicken.
Season it with salt, pepper, cumin and parsley. Add breadcrumbs and milk, and mix it.
Shape the burgers and coat them with breadcrumbs, egg and, again, breadcrumbs.
Fry them in a pan with oil on medium heat until they are golden brown and remove them on absorbent paper.
While, spread mayonnaise on the bread. Place tomato, lettuce, cheese and hamburger on the bread.
Serve them hot.
