crispy spicy chicken wings

Serves 4

  • 12 whole chicken wings
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne or hot paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • half glass olive oil

2 limpiar y partir las alitas

Clean and chop wings.

2 picar ajo 3 picar perejil

Chop garlic and parsley.

1 bolsa 2 especias 3 mezclar

Put all ingredients into a plastic bag and close it. Shake the bag until the wings are impregnated oil, garlic, herbs and spices. If there is time, let it rest for 2 or more hours, so the chicken gets more flavor and aroma from the spices.

Then, put the wings in a baking sheet and place it in a preheated oven at 240º for about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the wings.

Serve very hot accompanied with chips.
