Serves 4

  • 400 gr pasta
  • 200 gr pesto sauce
  • 25 gr parmesan cheese
  • 30 gr pine nuts
  • 75 gr black olives

1 cocer pasta 2 escurrir

Place a pot with abundant water on high heat and add salt. When it is boiling, add the pasta and stir it to avoid sticking. When the pasta is ready, strain it, add some olive oil and stir it.

3 picar aceitunas 1 rallar queso

Chop black olives. Grate the parmesan cheese.

4 tostar piñones 5 salsa pesto

Fry the pine nuts in a pan. When they are brown, add pasta and pesto sauce.

6 aceitunas 7 mezclar

Stir it and add black olives.

When the pasta is on the dish, Sprinkle with grated Parmesan over it. Serve it hot.
