- 125 gr butter
- 125 gr flour
- 125 gr sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 big apple
- apricot jam
Grease a mold with a little butter.
Beat eggs. Add sugar and mix it.
Add butter, baking powder and, gradually, the flour.
Stir it until it is a smooth cream. Then, pour it into the mold.
Slice the apple and decorate the cake with it.
Place the mold in a preheated oven at 180º for about 30 minutes (or 45 minutes at 160º). Then, remove the mold from the oven, let it cool, remove the cake from the mold and cover it with apricot jam.
