Serves 4

  • 300 gr noodles
  • 250 gr fish (mahi mahi, marlin…)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 8-10 shallots (or 1 onion)
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 2 eggs
  • oil
  • oyster sauce
  • rat rasa sauce (soy sauce)
  • kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)

2 noodles a remojo 5 escurrir noodles

Cook the noodles for 5 minutes in hot water. Then, drain them.

Slice shallots and garlic, and brown them in a pan with a little oil on medium-high heat.
