- 300 gr noodles
- 250 gr fish (mahi mahi, marlin…)
- 1 carrot
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 8-10 shallots (or 1 onion)
- 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 red chilli
- 2 eggs
- oyster sauce
- rat rasa sauce (soy sauce)
- kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
Cook the noodles for 5 minutes in hot water. Then, drain them.
Slice shallots and garlic, and brown them in a pan with a little oil on medium-high heat.
Chop the remaining vegetables and the fish.
In the pan with a little oil on medium-high heat, fry carrot, red chilli, the hardest part of cabbage, the remaining cabbage and the fish.
Stir it for one or two minutes.
Fry the eggs.
Serve the noodles with fried egg, and golden garlic and onion.
