- 200 gr soybean sprouts
- 80 gr grated coconut
- 1 lemon
- 2 or 3 dried chillies
- 1 onion
- ground black pepper
Chop onion and dried chillies, and sauté them in a pot with very little oil.
Add grated coconut and fry for 2 minutes, stirring it frequently.
Wash, drain and add soybean sprouts. Stir it for 2 minutes. Season it with salt and pepper. Remove the pot from the heat and add lemon juice.
