- 400 gr pasta
- 150 gr roquefort cheese
- 100 gr mature cheese
- 100g gruyere cheese
- 150g turkey breast or cooked ham
- 2 apples
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr black olives
- 100 gr walnuts
- 75 gr raisins
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
Place a pot with abundant water on high heat and add salt. When it is boiling, add the pasta and stir it to avoid sticking. When the pasta is ready, strain it, add some olive oil and stir it. Set it aside until it is cool.
Place the eggs in a pot with cold water and salt, and cook it on medium heat. Ten minutes after the water starts boiling remove the eggs from the heat and let them cool.
Put the pasta in a bowl, add salt to taste, and add walnuts, raisins, olives, ham and cheeses. Stir it.
Peel and chop apples and boiled eggs. Add a few drops of lemon to apples so they will not rust. Add them to the bowl. Dress with olive oil.
