- 4 large and long slices of bread
- 4 large, long and thin slices of Serrano or Iberian ham
- 8 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
Peel and cut the cloves garlic in half. Spread each slice of bread with garlic, olive oil and tomato sauce.
Place a slice of ham on each slice of bread and toast on a griddle on low heat for a few minutes.
