Serves 4:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some celery
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • half a glass of milk

Peel and wash potatoes. Chop and fry them in a pot with a little oil on low heat.

While the potatoes are cooking, chop onion, carrot, garlic, leek, celery and zucchini (peel them for a clearer cream, or only wash them for a cream with more color)

Add vegetables into a pot as they are chopped. Stir them. Salt to taste.

Cover the vegetables with water. Increase the heat. When it is boiling, low the heat on medium-low heat. Let it cook for half an hour.

Then, beat it, strain it and add some milk.

20 remover crema de verduras

Stir it and serve hot.
