- 2 dried chillies
- 100 gr cashew nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 400g chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tomato
- 6 spring onions
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Wash and chop dried chillies.
Fry the cashew nuts and chillies in a pan with a little oil on medium-low heat. Add a pinch of salt and set it aside.
Chop garlic and chicken, and stir-fry in a pan (or wok) with a little oil on medium-high heat. Add a pinch of salt.
Chop onion, pepper and tomato, and add to the pan.
Stir it and add cashew nuts and chillies.
Clean and chop the spring onions, and add to the pan. Stir it.
Add the sauces (fish, oyster and sweet soy) and the sugar. Stir it and serve hot.
