spaghetti with garlic

Serves 4

  • 400 gr spaghetti or tagliatelle
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 dried chilli or 2 cayenne
  • olive oil
  • salt

1 cocer la pasta

Place a pot with abundant water on high heat and add salt and a few drops of oil. When it is boiling, add the spaghetti and stir it to avoid sticking.

Meanwhile, chop garlic and chilli, and fry them in a pan with a little oil on medium-low heat.

When the pasta is ready, drain it.

And add them to the pan. Stir them and serve hot.
