nuoc leo (peanut sauce)

nuoc leo ingr 2 salsa de cacahuete

  • 2 tamarind
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • black pepper
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 glass water

1 tamarindo y agua 2 mezclar 3 colar

Dilute tamarind flesh with the water. Then, strain it to remove seeds and fibers.

Prepare hoisin sauce beating peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper and chilli.

5 mezclar con hoisin 6 batir nuoc leo

Add tamarind juice and water, and mix it well.
