- 4 mangos
- 250 gr yogurt
- 250 ml milk
- 80 gr sugar
- 2 cardamom seeds
Remove seeds from the cardamom pods. Peel and chop the mangos. Place mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom seeds in a bowl.
Beat and strain it. Serve it cold.
