- 400 gr white fish
- 200 gr rice
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves
- 1 chili
- 1 tbsp fish sauce or oyster sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of turmeric
Chop lemongrass, garlic and chilli, and mix them with oyster sauce, sugar, pepper and turmeric.
Spread the fish with this mix and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare plain rice. Wash coriander.
Then, fry the fish in a pan with a little oil on medium heat until it is crispy and golden (around 4 or 5 minutes on each side).
Serve the fish with plain rice and coriander.
