Serves 4

  • 400 gr beef tenderloin
  • 50 gr king oyster mushrooms
  • 50 gr enokitake mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 4 or 5 garlic cloves
  • 12 spring onions
  • 2 red chillies
  • 250 ml water
  • oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 8 tsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper

Chop garlic. Cut the beef in small and thin pieces. Chop king oyster mushrooms. Cut the onion in large pieces. Clean spring onions.

Fry the garlic in a pan on medium heat. When it starts to brown, add onion, king oyster mushrooms, beef, soy sauce, cornstarch and water. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
