- 250 gr rice
- 4 or 5 cloves garlic
- 2 limes or 1 lemon (optional)
- water (500 ml for long grain rice, 700 ml for short grain rice)
- olive oil
If the rice is long grain, wash it changing the water several times.
Chop and fry garlic (optional) along with the rice in a pan with a little oil on medium heat for some minutes.
Salt it and add water and lemon juice (optional).
Stir it and let it cook on low-medium heat for about 20 minutes.
