- 400 gr day-old plain rice
- 30 ml oil
- 4 or 5 garlic cloves
Chop and fry garlic in a pan with a little oil on medium-high heat until it is golden.
Add rice and fry it 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve the sinangag with fried egg and soy sauce.
