  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 or 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 chilli or 1 pepper
  • 1 stick of celery
  • olive oil
  • salt

Chop onion, carrot, garlic, chilli (or pepper) and celery, and fry them, on medium heat, in a pot with a little olive oil.
