spaghetti omelette

Serves 4

  • 100 gr spaghetti or tagliatelle
  • 70 gr cheese
  • 150 gr ham
  • 1 or 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 4 to 6 eggs

1 cocer la pasta 1 espaguetis hechos 2 escurrir

Place a pot with abundant water on high heat and add salt and a few drops of oil. When it is boiling, add the spaghetti and stir it to avoid sticking.

Meanwhile, chop garlic and onion, and fry them in a pan with a little oil on medium-low heat.

Chop ham and add it to the pan. Grate tomato and add it into the pan.

Heat a little oil in a pan on medium-low heat, add the mix and wait a few minutes until the omelette is cooked inside. Turn the omelette upside down using a plate and let it cook until golden.
