- 100 gr spaghetti or tagliatelle
- 70 gr cheese
- 150 gr ham
- 1 or 2 tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 4 to 6 eggs
Place a pot with abundant water on high heat and add salt and a few drops of oil. When it is boiling, add the spaghetti and stir it to avoid sticking.
Meanwhile, chop garlic and onion, and fry them in a pan with a little oil on medium-low heat.
Chop ham and add it to the pan. Grate tomato and add it into the pan.
When the spaghetti is ready, drain them and add them to the pan along with salt, pepper and oregano. Fry them for a few minutes, remove from the heat and add the cheese.
Beat the eggs and mix them with the spaghetti.
Heat a little oil in a pan on medium-low heat, add the mix and wait a few minutes until the omelette is cooked inside. Turn the omelette upside down using a plate and let it cook until golden.
