Serves 4

  • 300 gr variety of mushrooms
  • 100 gr small ears of corn
  • 100 gr broccoli
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 8 tsp cornstarch

  • 750 ml water
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 12 spring onions
  • 2 red chillies
  • salt
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf

Place the chillies to soak for 30 minutes.

Clean the broccoli. Place a pot with water and salt on high heat until it boils. Then, add the broccoli. Let it cook for 3 minutes and remove it to a bowl with cold water.

Chop garlic and fry it in a pan with a little oil on medium heat until it is almost brown.
