- 300 gr variety of mushrooms
- 100 gr small ears of corn
- 100 gr broccoli
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 tsp cornstarch
- 4 to 6 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 750 ml water
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 12 spring onions
- 2 red chillies
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
Place the chillies to soak for 30 minutes.
Clean the broccoli. Place a pot with water and salt on high heat until it boils. Then, add the broccoli. Let it cook for 3 minutes and remove it to a bowl with cold water.
Then, add the small ears of corn into the pot with the hot water and let them cook for 3 minutes. Remove them to another bowl with cold water.
Chop garlic and fry it in a pan with a little oil on medium heat until it is almost brown.
Cut onion into large pieces and add them into the pan. Stir them for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms, soy sauce, kaffir lime leaf, cornstarch dissolved in one glass of water and the remaining water. Stir it and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Clean and cut the spring onions, and add them into the pan along with the chillies. Stir it and let it cook 2 more minutes.
Serve it hot with the broccoli and the corn.
