- 1 ampalaya
- 1 red onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 calamansi (philippine lemon) or 2 limes
Cut ampalaya in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice, salt, wash and drain the ampalaya.
Cut onion and tomato. Squeeze lemons.
Prepare ampalaya salad with onion, tomato, calamansi juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
