For 2 naan:
- 150 gr wheat flour (a little more to knead)
- 60 gr yogurt
- 50 ml warm water
- 2 tbsp butter ghee
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 75 gr cheese
- 1 onion
- black pepper
Cut onion in julienne slices and fry it in a pan with a little butter ghee on medium-high heat until it is golden.
Remove the whey from the yogurt and stir it until it is a smooth cream.
Mix flour, yogurt, water, butter, baking powder and salt, and knead it for 10 minutes on a table with some flour. Then, shape a ball and let it rest for an hour in a warm place covered with a cling film or a cloth.
After this time, knead for some seconds and shape two balls. Stretch them with the hands.
Place pepper, parsley, onion and cheese in the center.
Wrap these ingredients with the four sides folding toward the center. Smash it and let it rest, covered it with a cloth, for 10 minutes.
Then, fry it for 3 or 4 minutes both sides in a pan with a little butter ghee.
