- 200 gr yogurt
- 1 pear tomato
- ½ onion
- 1 small cucumber (or ½ cucumber)
- cumin powder
- fresh coriander
- black pepper
- hot chilli
- 1 lime
Chop onion and let it marinate with a little lime juice and sugar for 1 or 2 hours.
Remove the whey from the yogurt and stir it until it is a smooth cream.
Chop tomato and cucumber, and mix them with the yogurt and the onion.
Add cumin, hot chilli, black pepper, coriander and salt.
