dosai ingr masala dosai

  • basmati rice (2 cup or 4/5 part of rice and lentils mix)
  • urad dal – white lentils (1/2 cup or 1/5 part of rice and lentils mix)
  • 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  • salt
  • water

Dosai is also called dosa, dosay, dhosai, dhosay, tosai, tosay o thosai.

1 lavar el arroz 2 escurrir 3 arroz a remojo

Wash the rice, drain and soak it for 6 hours.

4 lavar el cereal 5 escurrir 6 cereal a remojo

Wash urad dal and fenugreek seeds, drain and soak it for 6 hours.

11 escurrir arroz 12 batir arroz 13 batir arroz

Drain the rice and blend it.

7 cereal a remojo 8 batir cereal 9 batir cereal

Drain the urad dal and blend it.

14 mezclar cereales

Mix rice and urad dal.

14 tapar para fermentar 15 fermentar cereales

Cover and let it for 8 hours to ferment.

16 hacer dosais

Grease a pan and cover the bottom with the mix.

9 doblar dosai masala dosaii

Fry it for 2 minutes and fill it or serve it with some sauce (tomato gravy or green chutney).
