- basmati rice (one-half cup or ¾ part of rice and lentils mix)
- urad dal – white lentils (½ cup or ¼ part of rice and lentils mix)
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- green chilli
Prepare uttapam mix as the dosai, but in 1:3 (1 lentils and 3 rice). 1:4 is to dosai (1 lentils and 4 rice).
When the mix is fermented, grease a pan and cover the bottom with the mix.
Place the ingredients on the pizza: tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander, salt…
Fry the pizza on each side (also the vegetables side).
