uttapam (indian pizza)

  • basmati rice (one-half cup or ¾ part of rice and lentils mix)
  • urad dal – white lentils (½ cup or ¼ part of rice and lentils mix)
  • 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
  • salt
  • water
  • tomato
  • onion
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • green chilli
  • coriander
  • oil

1 mezclar harina y agua            

Prepare uttapam mix as the dosai, but in 1:3 (1 lentils and 3 rice). 1:4 is to dosai (1 lentils and 4 rice).

When the mix is fermented, grease a pan and cover the bottom with the mix.

Place the ingredients on the pizza: tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, coriander, salt…

4 dar la vueltaa

Fry the pizza on each side (also the vegetables side).
