For 2 naan

  • 150 gr wheat flour (a little more to knead)
  • 60 gr yogurt
  • 50 ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp butter ghee
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin

1 rallar ajo           

Grate garlic and chop parsley.
