  • 125 gr yogurt
  • 1 tbsp butter ghee
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tbsp fenugreek seeds
  • 1 clove
  • ½ cinnamon stick
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp hing (asafoetida)
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp hot chilli
  • salt

1 rehogar especias            

Fry cumin, mustard and fenugreek seeds, clove, cinnamon and cardamom in a pan with a little butter ghee for 1 minute.

2 rallar jengibre 3 añadir jengibre

Grate garlic and ginger. Add them and fry them for 3 or 4 minutes.

4 añadir especias 5 reservar

Add a pinch of hing, coriander, cumin, turmeric and hot chilli. Stir it a few seconds and turn off the heat.

6 remover yogur

Remove the whey from the yogurt and stir it until it is a smooth cream.

Add salt and spice mixture.
